Most clients describe the treatments as comfortable and tolerable. We use professional-grade numbing agents for brows and lips, and lash extensions involve no pain at all—just a relaxing lash nap!
Does it hurt?

Brows & Lips: Avoid caffeine, alcohol, blood thinners, and heavy skincare treatments 24 hours prior. Arrive with clean skin and no makeup in the area.
Lashes: Arrive with clean lashes (no mascara or strip lash glue). Skip oil-based products beforehand for the best bond.
How should I prepare for my appointment?

Brows & Lips: Expect light scabbing or flaking; follow the provided healing ointment instructions and avoid makeup, sweating, and sun exposure until healed.
Lashes: Keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours, avoid oils, and brush them daily to maintain their fluff and shape.

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied to your final service total. Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may require full payment before rebooking.

We allow a 10-minute grace period. After this window, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client. Please plan accordingly to enjoy the full service experience.

Lash fills must be booked within 2–3 weeks from your initial appointment. Anything beyond this window may be considered a full set. For PMU, complimentary or discounted touch-ups must be scheduled within the timeframe provided after your initial session.
